Not at this time — we are not currently able to offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or other allergen-free substitutions. Our Columbia City kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Do you deliver, or is everything pickup-only?+

Birdie's Baking Co. is pickup-only from our Columbia City, IN kitchen. The address is shared after order confirmation. Most customers in Fort Wayne, Huntertown, Churubusco, and Whitley County drive in for pickup, and we provide sturdy carry boxes plus setup notes for tiered cakes.

Do you have a minimum order for catering?+

For dessert catering across the Fort Wayne metro, we ask for at least 25 servings to keep small-batch pricing fair. Larger spreads — corporate events, weddings, holiday parties — are quoted individually. We recommend 7–10 days notice for catering orders, longer for groups over 75.
