our story

Hi, I'm Lilyana!

I started Birdie's Baking Co. in 2022 in Columbia City, Indiana, with one goal — to bake the kind of pies and custom cakes that make people close their eyes and smile. Today, I bake for families across the Fort Wayne metro, Whitley County, and northeast Indiana.

Every pie, cake, and cookie is handmade with real butter, fresh fruit, and a whole lot of heart. What started as baking for friends has grown into custom wedding cakes, birthday celebrations, and event catering — all from my home kitchen, in small batches, baked to order.
